Registration Information

2019-2020 School Year

We are asking parents and or guardians to register online as soon as possible or the 2020-2021 school year.   By registering early this will allow us time to fix any issues that might come up before the upcoming school year.  August 12, 2020 is the projected first day of school, but we do not have any information on how schools will open at this point.  We will contact through email and school messenger as soon as we have concrete plans for upcoming school year.

General Registration Information

Children must be 5 years old before September 1, 2019 to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year.

Children may be pre-registered online ONLY at this time.  School office is closed due to COVID-19

APS requires that parents and/or guardians provide:

  1. Proof of Residency: A current utility bill (PNM or New Mexico Gas Co. ONLY) with the parent/guardian name and address on it.
  2. Current Shot Records.
  3. A State-issued Birth Certificate or Passport (NOT hospital or baptismal certificates).

Transportation:

Children who live within the E. G. Ross district and are 1 mile or more from the school may ride the bus.  Bus stops & schedule information are available in the Office.

After School Care:

Campfire Childcare Program at E. G. Ross (Meets in Cafeteria)

KinderCare (McCleod)

La Petite (Anaheim)

Southwest Childcare (Wyoming)
