Registration Information
2024-2025 School Year
We are asking parents and or guardians to register online as soon as possible or the 2024-2025 school year. Registering early will allow us time to fix any issues that might come up before the upcoming school year. August 7, 2023 is the first day of school for the 1st thru 5th grades. Kinders will begin on Friday, August, 9 , 2023.

General Registration Information
Children must be 5 years old before September 1, 2024 to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year.
Children may be pre-registered online ONLY at this time.
APS requires that parents and/or guardians provide:
- Proof of Residency: A current utility bill (PNM or New Mexico Gas Co. ONLY) with the parent/guardian name and address on it.
- Current Shot Records.
- A State-issued Birth Certificate or Passport (NOT hospital or baptismal certificates).

Transportation:
Children who live within the E. G. Ross district and are 1 mile or more from the school may ride the bus. Registration for a bus is not required. Your student is automatically assigned a bus based on your address. Bus stops & schedule information are available in the Office and will be posted on site at EG Ross during Meet the Teacher.
